Shipping methods
When completing your order you will find 2 shipping / receiving options. You can choose whether to pick up your products from our store with physical address Iridos 4, 17561 Paleo Faliro Attica. The second option is to send them to you, at the address you will fill in, with the cooperating courier transport company.
Shipping costs are borne only by the customer.
Shipping cost
All orders are sent throughout Greece with a partner company Courier and deliveries are made daily from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
For amounts over 40€ and payments by card or direct bank transfer the shipping costs are FREE in Greece.
For orders worth 60€ and over, shipping is FREE in Greece.
Shipping costs for Greece are 3.50€.
For cash on delivery orders, shipping costs for Greece are 5 € in total (3.50 € shipping costs + 1.50 € cash on delivery costs).
Shipping Time
Upon completion of your order (*), the shipment is made in 1 to 3 working days. (Unless otherwise indicated on the product page).
After we ship your products, we inform you about the tracking number, so that you can locate your order.
In any case, we will make every effort to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible, even earlier than the stipulated time limits!
(*) For orders placed by deposit in a bank account, the payment of the money by the bank must have been confirmed.
Free shipping
With every purchase over 40 € that is completed with immediate bank transfer or payment by card, we make the shipping costs as a GIFT.
In addition, with every purchase over € 60, regardless of the method of payment, we make the shipping costs as a GIFT.
